Question:  I'm looking for a full sun, drought resistant, non-flowering ground cover. Any suggestions?
Answer:  Sedum, Creeping Jenny, Lamb's ears, Lady Fern, Creeping Juniper, Wintercreeper Euonymus, Virginia Creeper, Periwinkle (it does flower but not terribly conspicuously),  Thyme (it flowers too, but smells oh so good),  Bearberry, and Non-flowering Chamomile come to mind.  Stay away from English Ivy if you possibly can - it is an invasive, hard to manage beast when it escapes.  If you don't mind a little bit of flowering in late summer, variegated Liriope is another possibility.
