Chamomile Tea

 

4 cups of water

4 teaspoons of dried Chamomile flowers

honey to taste

lemon juice to taste

Bring water to boil, then add Chamomile flowers, cover, and boil for around 30 more seconds.  Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.  Strain, and add honey and lemon to taste.  Makes 4 cups.
