Dill-Mustard Butter

1/2 cup butter brought to room temperature
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced dill

Mix all ingredients well until well-blended.  Use on chicken, carrots, greens, and potatoes.

Biscuits with Dill

1 package of buttermilk biscuits (12 ounce)

1/2 cup melted butter

1 1/2 teaspoons of dry parsley

1 1/2 teaspoons dry dill

1/4 teaspoon dry minced onion

Blend butter, parsley, dill, and onion flakes.  Cut the biscuits into quarters and roll each quarter in the herbed butter.  Place in a cake pan with pieces touching.  Pour the remaining butter over all.   Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.  Serve warm.
