Herbed Pasta Dough

3-5 cups of flour
4 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons of mixed fresh herbs - choose from basil, arugala, hyssop, marjoram, thyme, sage, or savory, to name a few. 

Mix the flour, eggs, and olive oil.  Chop the fresh herbs finely, and mix into the dough with a fork.  Knead thoroughly, and then roll out and use as fresh pasta.
